Terms of use
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These terms explain how VidaFlow works and what we agree on when you create an account or subscribe. We wrote them as clearly as we could; if you have any questions, just reach out.
1. Who we are
VidaFlow is a personal organization app provided by Agencia Hut (54.502.510 JEOXIMAR CHIQUINQUIRA PARRA HERNANDEZ), a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 54.502.510/0001-96, based in Chapecó/SC, Brazil (“VidaFlow”, “we”). Contact: contato@myvidaflow.com.
2. What VidaFlow is
VidaFlow brings together tools to organize your personal finances, habits, tasks, notes, shopping lists, goals, calendar and reminders in one place. It runs in the browser on your phone, tablet and computer, and can be added to your phone’s home screen.
VidaFlow does not connect to banks and does not move money: financial amounts are entered by you. The information and charts are for personal organization and are not financial, accounting, legal or investment advice.
3. Your account
- You need an account (email and password) to use VidaFlow. You must be 18 or older, or use it with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
- Your registration details must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account.
- Each account is personal: what you record is visible only to you.
- If you notice any misuse of your account, change your password and let us know.
4. Subscription and pricing
VidaFlow is offered by subscription, with two plans that include the same features:
- Monthly: R$14.90 per month, renewed automatically every month.
- Yearly: R$119.90 per year, renewed automatically every year.
Prices are set in Brazilian reais (BRL). At checkout you may see the amount converted to your card’s currency; your card issuer may also charge its own fees. Prices may change in the future; if so, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, and the new price will only apply from your next renewal. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then.
5. 3-day free trial
- On each account’s first subscription, you can use VidaFlow for 3 days without paying.
- To start the trial, you add a card. The first charge happens automatically when the trial ends, for the plan you chose, and the subscription then renews on its own.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged. The exact end date of the trial is shown on the checkout page and in Settings → Your subscription.
- The free trial is available once per account.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, a company specialized in online payments. Card details are entered directly on Stripe’s secure page and never pass through or are stored by VidaFlow. If a charge fails, Stripe retries for a few days and we let you know so you can update your card; if payment can’t be collected, access is paused until it’s resolved, without losing your data.
7. Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time, on your own, in Settings → Your subscription → Manage subscription, without having to talk to anyone.
- After canceling, there are no further charges. You keep access until the end of the period already paid (or until the end of the free trial).
- After that, access to the app is paused, but your data stays saved: if you subscribe again, everything will be just as you left it.
8. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Because the purchase is made online, you may withdraw within 7 days of subscribing, under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, and receive a full refund of the amount paid. Just email contato@myvidaflow.com. Outside that period, periods already started are not refunded, but you can cancel the renewal at any time, as explained above. This does not limit any refund rights that the consumer laws of your country guarantee you.
9. Acceptable use
By using VidaFlow, you agree not to:
- use the service for illegal purposes or to store unlawful content;
- try to access other people’s accounts or data, or bypass security or subscription rules;
- copy, resell or commercially exploit VidaFlow without permission;
- deliberately overload the service or use automated programs to access it.
If these terms are violated, we may suspend or close the account, notifying you whenever possible.
10. Your data and content
What you record is yours. We only use it to make VidaFlow work for you — saving it, syncing it across devices and sending your reminders. Details are in the Privacy policy.
11. Availability and liability
We work to keep VidaFlow available and secure, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or due to third-party failures (internet, servers, carriers). Reminders and notifications depend on your device, browser and the permissions you grant, and may be delayed or not arrive; so don’t rely on VidaFlow as your only way to remember critical things (such as medication or legal deadlines).
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made based on information you entered yourself, nor for losses caused by misuse of your password. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer protection laws guarantee you.
12. Changes to the service and to these terms
VidaFlow may add, change or stop offering features. If these terms change in a significant way, we will notify you in advance in the app or by email. If you keep using VidaFlow after the change, you agree to the new version.
13. Closing your account
You can ask us to delete your account and all your data at any time by emailing contato@myvidaflow.com. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first to avoid further charges.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Before taking any other step, please contact us: most issues are solved quickly by email.
